What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Last updated August 5, 2026.
The short version
We collect what we need to sell you a can sprayer and ship it to your house. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to delete it whenever you want.
What we collect
- Order information. Name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number if you give it to us, and what you bought.
- Payment information. Handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Contact information. Whatever you type into a form on this site, including the message itself.
- Email list. Your email address, if you choose to give it to us, and whether you open what we send.
- Usage data. Standard analytics: pages viewed, referring site, general location by region, browser and device type.
Why we collect it
- To process and ship your order and handle returns.
- To answer your questions.
- To send you email you asked for, and to stop sending it when you unsubscribe.
- To understand which pages work and which do not, so the site gets better.
- To detect fraud and keep the store working.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your email list to anybody. We do not send you text messages unless you explicitly opt in to them.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who need it to do their job, and only the part they need:
- Payment processing.
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment.
- Email delivery.
- Website analytics and hosting.
- Law enforcement, where we are legally required to.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart contents between visits, remember basic preferences, and run analytics. Your browser can block them. If you block all of them the cart may stop remembering what you put in it.
Your cart on this site is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers, until you check out.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email hello@snapspritz.com and we will handle it within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor those too.
Email and unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link in it. One click and you are out. We will still send transactional email about an order you actually placed.
Children
This site and product are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. It is a grill tool.
Security
We use industry standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and reputable third party processors. No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes get an email to anyone on our list.
