Where we ship

United States only for now, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not shipping internationally yet. Join the list in the footer and you will hear the day that changes.

We ship to street addresses, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO destinations take longer in transit and may not qualify for the free shipping threshold depending on carrier rates at checkout.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm Central on a business day usually leave the warehouse the same day or the next. Everything else ships within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as a label is created. If the tracking has not moved in 48 hours, that is normal for the first scan, and after that tell us and we will chase it.

Shipping rates

• Orders over $35: free standard shipping.
• Orders under $35: flat rate standard shipping, calculated at checkout.
• Expedited shipping is available at checkout where the carrier supports it.

The two-pack and three-pack both clear the free shipping threshold on their own, which is most of the reason they exist.

Transit time

Most US addresses see delivery 3 to 5 business days after the package ships. West coast and rural addresses can run to 7. Transit time is the carrier's, not ours, and weather does what weather does.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund of the product price. The item needs to be in resellable condition. Used is fine if it is clean. We would rather you actually tried it.

To start a return, email orders@snapspritz.com with your order number and a sentence on what went wrong. We will send you a return address. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong item

If it shows up broken or it is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately and cover the shipping both ways. You do not need to return the damaged one first.

If it does not fit your cans

The cone is built for standard 12 oz and 16 oz can rims. If it will not seat on a can you buy regularly, that is a return we want to know about. Tell us the exact brand and size in your email so we can log it. That feedback goes straight to the product side.

Order changes and cancellations

Email orders@snapspritz.com as fast as you can. If a label has not been created we can change or cancel anything. Once it ships you will need to go through the returns process.

Wholesale orders
