Agreement
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The product
Snap Spritz is a patent-pending spray attachment designed to snap onto standard 12 oz and 16 oz beverage can rims and mist food-safe liquids onto food during cooking. It is a cooking tool for outdoor and kitchen use.
Safe and intended use
- Use it with food-safe liquids only. Beer, soda, juice, cider, thin marinades, mops, and water.
- Never fill or spray flammable liquids. Do not use it near open flame with anything alcoholic beyond normal beverage strength, and never with lighter fluid or fuel of any kind.
- Do not spray directly into a fire or onto hot coals.
- Keep the unit away from direct flame and hot grill surfaces. The body is plastic and will deform under direct heat.
- Do not use it to store liquid. Discard the can when you are finished cooking.
- Keep it away from children. It is not a toy.
- Standard cans only. Forcing the cone onto a can it was not built for can crack it and cause a sharp edge.
Used any way other than as intended, all warranties are void and you assume the risk.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We try hard to keep the site accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or is out of stock after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will tell you if that happens.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, reseller activity we have not authorized, or pricing errors.
Shipping and returns
Governed by our shipping and returns policy, which is part of these terms.
Limited warranty
We warrant the product against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. If it fails under normal use in that window we will replace it. The warranty does not cover heat damage, drops, cracks from forcing it onto a non-standard can, or normal wear on the nozzle.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage or injury arising from misuse.
Intellectual property
The Snap Spritz name, logo, packaging, product design, site copy, and photography are our property. The product is patent-pending. Do not copy the design, the marks, or the site content without written permission.
User submissions
If you send us a photo, review, recipe, or idea, you give us permission to use it in our marketing with attribution to the name you gave us. You keep ownership. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.
Third party links
We link out sometimes. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
